Video Review: “Rise of the Guardians”

(absolutely 100% spoiler FREE)

With "Rise of the Guardians" coming out today and Thanksgiving only a day away, Rob & I bake a pie and talk about the new epic adventure movie from Dreamworks Animation! Is Santa as badass as he looks in the trailer? Is the Easter Bunny Australian? What's a pie? All these topics (and more!) are covered in our equally epic video reviewIt seems like Dreamworks has been on a "every 2 years we blow your mind" kick:2008 = "Kung Fu Panda"2010 = "How to Train Your Dragon"... and now...2012 = "Rise of the Guardians"I fully expect 2014's "Me and My Shadow" to continue this trend. But can we all also finally admit that Dreamworks has the most unfortunate title scheme ever? Read those titles again... it's ok... I'll wait.See?? In the great and neverending debate on the virtues and differences between Pixar and Dreamworks, I'm sorry... I'm going to have to say Pixar wins the title war. But if you want adventure -- if you want action -- if you want a world so fun you never want to leave... that's going to be Dreamworks for me (at least every 2 years).Santa (or rather his real name: North) said it best: "This is going to be EPIC!"
